Pet Stain & Odor Removal

Treated at the pad and subfloor — where the smell actually lives.

Urine passes through carpet into the pad and often into the subfloor. Surface cleaning perfumes the room for a day. We locate the affected areas, flush and treat down through the layers with enzyme products that digest the source, and tell you honestly when saturation means the pad has to come out.

  • Sub-surface flushing and enzyme treatment
  • Carpet, pad and subfloor level odor work
  • Yellowing and stain treatment on light carpet
  • Pad replacement recommended only when it is genuinely needed
  • Safe for pets and kids once dry

FAQ

Pet odor removal questions

Can you really get pet odor out?+

In most cases yes, when the urine has not saturated the subfloor over years. We treat the source rather than masking it with fragrance.

Will the yellow stain come out too?+

Frequently. Urine can permanently dye some fibers, so we set expectations after seeing the spots.

Do I need the pad replaced?+

Only in heavily saturated areas. We will show you what we find rather than upselling it by default.
