These terms apply to the use of this website and to cleaning and restoration services provided by The Cleaning Solution LLC. By requesting an estimate or scheduling work, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown by our online estimator are ballpark ranges based on the information you provide. They are not a binding offer. A firm price is given in a written quote after we confirm surface type, condition, square footage and access. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, working water and electricity where required, and to move or disclose fragile items in advance. Arrival windows are estimates; weather, traffic and prior jobs can shift timing and we will notify you of material changes.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless the written quote states otherwise. Deposits, if listed on a quote, are due before work begins. Past-due balances may accrue interest and reasonable collection costs as allowed by Florida law.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window, or jobs where the crew cannot access the property at the scheduled time, may be subject to a trip fee.

Results, limitations and warranty

We work to industry standards using professional equipment and chemistry, and we stand behind our workmanship. Some conditions cannot be corrected by cleaning: permanent dye stains, bleach or acid damage, worn or delaminated finishes, cracked or hollow grout, efflorescence, pet damage to subfloor, and pre-existing sealer failure. We will point these out before starting where possible. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, notify us within 7 days and we will return to re-address it. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

E-signed quotes

When you electronically sign a quote through our website, that signature is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and forms an agreement for the scope, price and terms shown on that quote.

Website use

Content on this site, including text, photos and layout, is owned by The Cleaning Solution LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Manatee County, Florida.
