Can you clean wool rugs in the home?+
Yes for most wool rugs, using neutral chemistry and controlled moisture. Very delicate or antique pieces are better cleaned off site and we will tell you which category yours falls in.
Will the colors run?+
We dye-test first specifically to avoid that. If a rug fails the test, we switch to a low-moisture method.
Do you clean rugs on hardwood?+
We protect the floor underneath and control moisture so the wood is never at risk.
