Marble and travertine need stone care, not tile chemistry.
Natural stone is soft and reactive. Acidic cleaners etch it, and generic tile products dull it. We clean stone with pH-appropriate chemistry, hone out etch marks and scratches with diamond abrasives, then seal with a penetrating sealer so pool deck spills and kitchen acids do not leave a mark.

Natural stone questions
Can etch marks in marble be removed?+
Yes. Etching is physical damage to the stone surface, so it is honed out with diamond abrasives and then re-polished to match the surrounding finish.
Should travertine be sealed?+
Yes, especially on lanais and pool decks. Sealed travertine sheds spills and resists the algae staining that Florida moisture causes.
Do you fill travertine holes?+
We do. Open pits are filled and blended so the deck reads as one flat surface again.
