Roof & House Soft Washing
Chemistry does the work, so the roof and the paint survive it.
High pressure strips shingle granules, forces water behind siding and etches stucco. Soft washing applies a cleaning solution at garden-hose pressure, lets it kill the algae and mildew, then rinses. It is the only correct method for roofs and painted surfaces.

Is soft washing safe for my roof?+

What are the black streaks on my roof?+
Algae. Pressure just removes the visible layer; soft washing kills it, so the roof stays clean far longer.
Will it hurt my plants?+
Not when it is done properly. Landscaping is pre-wet, protected and rinsed as part of the job.
